eot2ttf software package provides utility to convert Embedded OpenType fonts to TrueType, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eot2ttf
eot2ttf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eot2ttf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eot2ttf *
You will get with eot2ttf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
